Return Policy

NEW, UNUSED PRODUCT RETURNS:

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. You may return new, unused items purchased from IQBody.com within seven (7) days from the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The product must be in the original, manufacturer’s box, including the “Get Started Now” insert. Returns must be sent freight prepaid.

Any products sent to IQBody without prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused. To obtain a return authorization, please call customer service at 619-997-1449 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST. Be sure to have your order number along with an explanation of your issue.

Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service at 619-997-1449.

If you downloaded WAVE5: COMPASS from the App Store or Google Play using the access code provided, $49.99 will be deducted from your return credit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:

We take pride in providing a quality product, and we are sorry if you received one that was damaged or defective. If you were sent a damaged or otherwise defective product, please contact customer service at 619-997-1449.

We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase, but a refund or exchange will not be made until all items are returned to IQBody. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon arrival of the returned product to IQBody, and based on our determination that the returned product is new and unused, damaged or defective, IQBody will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by company check.
